Surrey Pilates

We have been back at Surrey Pilates in Bourne Hall for a few weeks now and I enjoy the improver class and it is really good.We have the use of a really spacious hall and Imogen has arranged the layout in a comfortable Covid compliant way. I feel really at ease and safe.The exercises and routines that Imogen puts us through combine just the perfect amount of challenge and satisfaction. I feel really nicely stretched and toned up after my class.The other class members are friendly and the entire event is a real pleasure.

I’ve done Pilates classes with Donna and Imogen for two years and I’ve made real progress in my core strength to the point that my backache has pretty much gone. The classes help to develop balance and mobility as well as strength and I find them so enjoyable. I think they are great for stress too and I always feel calm after class. Donna and Imogen are both wonderful teachers who give clear instructions and bring variety into class to keep things interesting. We’ve had zoom classes throughout lockdown which has helped keep my body moving and my mind right. Highly recommended.

Have loved being part of Imogen's class for over 4 years , she is a great teacher, so informative and passionate about Pilates that every lesson is always a pleasure , never a chore and I have the best nights sleep after my Wednesday class :-)

Surrey pilates is a great for you. We have an excellent teacher Imogen, who e xplains and demonstrates what to do.
