Disappointed that no trout fillets or lemon meringue roulade available. Apart from that everything was fine.

Well stocked, prices not as reasonable as neighbouring supermarkets.

I only recently started shopping there. I found it no trouble what so ever. Prices are fair, and parking access is right outside the store.

It is Iceland just under another name . get your usual offers. Easy in easy out

Price: £Staff: 11/10Store: 10/10I was here for the opening of the store this morning, along with many other people.Everything from the raffle to the prizes to the opening was spot on.The store is absolutely massive, boasting so many different frozen options, from Greggs, to Yo! Sushi to Harry Ramadan’s and even TGI Fridays. This is as well as their own branded items.There is decent sized fresh and ambient sections as well, so something for everyone, whatever you may possibly need.Everything was easily labelled and easy to find, so it was nice to browse without being confused.I’d like to give a special shout-out to Sam who was very kind and helped me to carry my shopping round as there were no trollies left (everyone had one because the store was having its grand opening). She really helped me and made my experience ten times better.Not only that, after she had helped me to the checkouts, she went on to help other customers in the same manner. Already a credit to your company!Great store and look forward to doing more shopping there!

Very modern store, friendly staff and some really good offers

Nicely finished new store on growing retail park. Nice wide aisles and large choice of non frozen which was great to see. Only bad points, it would have been nice to see customer toilets and why on earth do you need to find a pound coin for a trolley...

Good shop but better if you buy in large quantities. Helpful staff. All in all a pleasant shopping experience.
