We have had a very positive experience with MG Baylis Gloucester. Nathan was very helpful and we test drove two EV’s. From the experience we had a 24 hr test drive to see how it felt with our everyday lives. This helped us hugely & we made the decision to purchase the car.The time frames & finances discussed were communicated clearly & efficiently with Nathan. We bought our used MG ZS (2021).over the weekend from MG Gloucester. The car was immaculate. The sales person Nathan was professional and excellent. A total pleasure to deal with. He is a credit to the MG brand.BUT who checks these cars before they are collected.No tyre inflation kit and the washer bottles were empty. Only discovered after collection. What else wasn't checked?Baylis please don't claim you check your cars before customer collection. You clearly don't.I will be taking this forward.

I can’t actually find a negative thing to say about this MG dealership. Harry has been amazing, the process of getting my car has been so simple. He gave me plenty of time to chose the correct car for me unlike other car salesman I have encountered. Not the first time I have Purchased a car from Bayliss and as ever Nathan was extremely professional and helpful, no hard sell just very knowledgeable and attentive. On collection of the vehicle Nathan showed me around the controls and linked up my tech which he did extremely swiftly but would have probably have taken me hours. I went in today to test drive an MG4 XPOWER. Very impressed with the car. The team were all super helpful, not pushy, and provided a great experience. We have not yet decided on the car, but this would be my go-to place when we do and would encourage others to, especially based on my experience compared with two other local MG dealers!

Very happy with the service I received from Nathan when looking to buy a smaller car. Nathan was very professional and I test drove a couple of Corsa's which were great and this was the car I bought. Very pleased with the whole process and received a good part exchange price for my Mokka. A very good experience.
