I've seen Jason for both injury treatment and general sports massage, he's very knowledgeable and spot on with his approach, diagnosis and choice of treatment. Always offers great advice post treatment too in terms of exercises/stretches etc to help maintaining fitness going forward. I always feel so much better after a session and wouldn't hesitate to recommend, the chat is always spot on too Jason is a cracking bloke.

This is an amazing service. Jason is fantastic, fun, knowledgeable and open about what he doing and why. He will offer advice as to things you can do at home to maintain the work he has done. He has a variety of techniques he uses for different treatments. Well worth a visit and we always go back as we totally trust what he says and does. Plus we have a great chat too!

Can’t praise Jason enough for how great his sport massages are! Went for the first time with lower back pain and the next day it was gone! I make sure I see him every 3 months and have not had any further back problems! Highly recommended!

Can't recommend Jason and his magic hands enough. Whenever I have a niggle or general maintenance massage he always recommends way to improve movements after the treatment too, always very knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable and great banter too... highly recommend a visit :)

Jason is down to earth, understands runners, and knows his stuff.Went in last summer after two sessions with a different physio business. I had overdone it with three distance races close together, tightened up and couldn't run a mile without my TI band tightening and making my knee miserably painful.Jason got my muscles moving properly again and I was back in gentle pain free training that night. I've been twice more to try and look after my body better and each time has helped more. Back to my typical mileage.Final point. Jason is a nice person and good to chat. I think of sessions as part of my training now.
