I was recommended by this company from a trader who had done previous work for me. Jon was open and honest with his advice (which actually saved some money) and the timescale of when things would happen. Communication via phone and email were without fault. The door arrived when promised and was fitted in the timescale that had Jon advised.The guys that fitted the door were punctual, courteous and had a sense of humour too (Karen's remember this). Quick, clean and tidy and very clear when explaining how the door works.I'd highly recommend

Decided to use a local fitters of windows and doors. I have absolutely no complaints with this company, I had a beautiful bay window fitted, front and back door, patio and all the windows. The quality of the doors and windows are excellent. First class service and plenty of good advise. The fitters worked professionally and with very little mess, cleaned up every day before leaving.I would definitely recommend this company Select Windows to others.

From start to finish the team at Select Window Systems were amazing. Friendly, professional and prompt. We ordered our windows just prior to the lock down, so delivery was massively delayed. However James and the team were in regular communication keeping us informed of the situation. We eventually got a slot where it was safe for the team to arrive and install the windows in a Covid-Compliant manner. The reduced team size of two men spent 4.5 days doing the house and at the end of each day they gave us an update on the days work and the plan for the following day. Also not a single speck of dust was left following the daily clean up (House was cleaner when they left than when they arrived :-) ) Selects quotation was also substantially lower than many of the bigger national companies ( supplying near identical windows) and there was no hard sale at all. A competitive price from the outset with no haggling from a local company with 30 years experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a competitive, professional and quality job doing, these are the guys to do it for you.

So impressed with this company. Had a few quotes from similar companies for a solidor and these guys were so competitive on price. 2 lovely, friendly chaps fitted the door and left the place immaculate. Thank you so much! Our new sash windows are such a close match yet a huge improvement to the old wooden ones. We are loving being able to open our windows, which is a novelty for us! They are excellent quality and were fitted with expertise. Dean and his team were fantastic; hardworking, respectful and knowledgeable. They worked really well together and with us; it was no problem having them here at all. In fact, all contact from start to finish with Jon, and James too, has been easy and we've felt reassured and happy to trust advice throughout. We highly recommend SWS and will definitely return to get the rest of our windows replaced soon. Thank you!

Great service from initial enquiry to installation.Polite & friendly. Listened, asked questions & clarified specific requirements.In competition with several good quality local Window manufacturers / installers.The lads on installation were professional, polite & delivered.Set out the plan for 9/10 windows at the outset & delivered on that plan.The bespoke window that others weren’t sure could be made, was produced and installed no issues.Would recommend to anyone locally.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Contacted these folks twice. First time via the website….zero response after 2 weeks. Next I called and spoke to someone who gave the impression on the phone of yeah yeah, let’s take your details ….committed that one of the team would visit next week to review and quote……..4 weeks later…….no visit, no phone call. Select by name…Select by Nature. You try to support local businesses. I would give zero stars if possible. Shame.

Chose a very established local company something i like to do to support local business, the process started with Jim coming out to measure the front windows and doors, i mentioned to Jim that i wanted the landing window changing but was a put off because i didn't want anyone standing on the side extension roof, he suggested they could fit the window from the inside which ticked a big box for me and the additional price of the window wasnt much because the fitters would be onsite, after the quote came nack i found it very reasonable and paid a small deposit, about six weeks later came the day of fitting, Shaurn and lee were the fitters and worked in a very professional manner very polite and courtesy to neighbours needs on moving the van with lyving in a small close, we had a couple of issues with the fitting but they resolved quickly with customers interests in mind,its been about six weeks since the fit and we have been overjoyed with the difference we have noticed with the outdoor sound we no longer hear things like car doors bins being moved, something we really didn't think off at the time we decided to change the windows the main reason was the old windows were 20+ years old and seals were gone and hidges were broke,we know feel come winter we will also notice the difference in heat loss,overall im giving select winsford 5 stars and wish Jon and Jim and the team a great future.

We had new doors and windows plus a lovely conservatory from them a few years ago.Delighted with the work - untill recently.A couple of small problems have arisen.Not in itself anything to he concerned about, except I have phoned them three times in the last couple of weeks (and once before that plus an e-mail) yet no appointment has been made to call and sort them out.Very disappointed with that.Hopefully that will change and the star rating can be improved rather than reduced.Photo is of the back door jar. It is under a roof so the weather does not get to it. Only this small part is corroded. The rest is as good as new.Update 25/4/2019. All sorted to a high standard. Thank you.History seems to be repeating itself. When they came last year to adjust the doors I pointed out that we have some leaks in the conservatory, and asked them to fix this problem. They suggested that some of the rubber seals would need replacing and I agreed to that. It is now July 2020 and all requests to sort this out have been ignored. You can see on the photo one of the rubbers that has split from the frame. I would love to be dazzled by great customer service, but it is just not happening.PLEASE guys, come and rectify this before the fitted carpet is completely ruined.

After much researching we were so glad in choosing Select Windows. We wanted to replace our porch front door and have the new door within the arch to also create more space in the hallway internally. Nothing out of the ordinary you’d think.How wrong was we! Having contacted numerous companies, who all either thought it was too much hard work or did not have what we asked for, it was Jon from SWS who provided us with everything we asked for and was very competitive with prices as well.Not only that but Jon also made multiple visits to measure and make a template to ensure the door would fit correctly. None of the other companies did this!His attention to detail was really impressive. Even with the Covid-19 issues and manufacturing lead times, not within Jon’s control, Jon kept us updated with any changes until the day of delivery. The fitters from SWS were timely, courteous and their workmanship was very good and professional.The door since fitted, always get comments from anyone who makes deliveries and visits and has transformed the look of our house.Testament to a great service from start to finish from Jon and his team.
