Metal Platez

I hate giving a bad review. Its not in my nature. However i received my plates in perfect condition i can't fault then. The problem is that the postage was incorrect. Which the company will not accept. It was sent to Germany where i am. But they posted it via royal mail and DHL Didn't know it came from NI. Part of the customs union. As the company sent it under United Kingdom and not under NI EU Customs. Which ment i incurred a 12 euro customs charge a delivery. Either the company doesn't care or they dont understand. Either way i tried to have them resolve it but kept hitting a brick wall. If they change there minds and decide to resolve the issue i will take down the reviews. If not they please beware folks if you live in Europe and they send your package incorrectly via royal mail. Then expect to receive a customs charge.
