Convenient location, and extremely kiiiiind staff---Kaiman, show me around the gym and patiently help me get my membership online. I do recommend the gym to my friends, cuz there are plenty of group classes for us to choose, fabulous experience, nice!!!!

Decent facilities, friendly staff and always clean in a dirt and grime sense. I am, however, almost certain that not a single other member has ever returned a weight or unracked a bar in their life.

Wow, a really good experience at this gym today. I’m using this branch because my regular place has no running water, so they upgraded me.Good selection of cardio equipment. Very clean in the studios and female changing room. I like the TVs in the gym space playing music videos. Well meaning staff that I spoke to. I’m impressed with this gym.

I've been going for six months now. Really good facilities for the price. There's always some space even in peak hours. Staff is super friendly.

Grown-ups not returning weights where they belong so chasing weights all over the room. Feels like you’re in a prison gym… the staff are very nice though I just wish they enforced more etiquette. Not coming back to this branch.

I never thought I would cancel my membership and leave a gym because of their poor wifi connection inside the gym.No 4g, no 5g, and definitely no puregym wifi connection.But yes, this is purely the reason Ive left puregym now. Sad but true.

For the one day I could use the gym it was fine. The layout is alright and the equipment/machines are in a decent condition. Unfortunately there was no running water for a few days so the gym has remained closed. Weird it hasn't been fixed yet.

a really nice spacious gym with high quality equipment, although in peak hours, occupancy can be full. i’ve also tried signing up for spinning and “legs, tums, bums” classes and the instructors were all so passionate and motivating (especially love the disco lights in spinning)! it’s near marylebone station so it’s quite convenient for commute as well.
