Ordered a frame for a cross stitch my wife recently completed.Service was amazing. The whole job was finished in a week, which included stretching, mounting, and framing.Will definitely be using them again.

Took a team photo/autograph sheet in for framing and wasn’t quite sure what I wanted when I walked in, I was taken through lots of different options for framing and given brilliant advice about what would look best regarding backing colours etc. Really pleased with the quality of the finished product and the friendliness, communication and professionalism is top notch here. Highly recommend and will be using again!

Nothing was too much trouble. We took ages choosing the right frame for us and our room and was given valuable advice. We were made to feel very welcome and never rushed to make a decision. It wasn’t too long before our picture was ready to collect. We are very happy with the high quality of the frame, the framing itself and the overall service. All for a very reasonable price.

When I went to Elegant Frames & Mirrors, I wasn’t quite sure what frame I needed for a special painting. Jason took the time to show me lots of options and give experienced advice on those that would work best. The result is excellent – a high-quality frame that complements the painting. I would certainly use Elegant Frames again.

We had a very large print we wanted framed and Jason could not have been more helpful! He spent time advising us without us feeling under any pressure - he certainly knows his stuff! He also sent away for more samples for us to choose from before we made our final decision. Jason personally delivered it to us and we are thrilled with the outcome - thank you!

I could not be happier with the two pictures I had framed. I took them into the store and the service and recommendations that were offered were outstanding.To then collect them today and see the craftmanship and the attention to detail that has been put into them is astounding. I am genuinely delighted with the two pictures, the service and the time and care that has been put into them.Will come back again in future!
