Très Spa

I booked massage in this spa for £88 and being told I can come 1 hour in advance to use a spa facility. At the day of massage received a phone call from spa that I have to pay full amount in advance because it’s weekend. Then when I asked to take my card details I being told that I have to go to internet and add it myself. Then I being told that I can’t come one our earlier to use facility that was promised me before. Then when I complain I being told that manager will speak to me and I waited online 20 min. Then I being told manager will call me back, but no one ever called. I understood my booking simply was canceled and my spa weekend was ruined. I live close to this spa and could’ve use it, but unfortunately I can’t. The most unprofessional and disrespectful staff I ever came across!

My daughters gym has more 'spa' facilities than this does. No one was on the welcome desk when we arrived and us and another couple were walking around the spa trying to find a member of staff. Didn't ask us our booking when we did find someone which made it seem like we could have just wandered in having not paid! There is just a small and cold pool - no jacuzzi or aqua jets, just a small and shallow pool. There's a sauna and a steam room but the steam room clearly has something wrong with it as the lights kept flickering on and off and there were random drops of water dripping from the lights. There are 2 showers, you can't adjust the temperature on either of them and one is set cold and one hot. There is no changing room only a toilet where you can get changed by the sink which doesn't work if you've recently flushed the toilet. The relaxation area had the loudest water foundation accompanied by loud pop music.Would definitely not recommend.Side note: parking is available but they charge £4 per hour. We parked for 2 hours and 1 minute and had to pay £12 parking!

Spa quite small so facilities very limited. Changing area one cubicle one toilet so anyone wanting to change faces a wait. Staff not at all friendly. Very disappointing won't be going back again.
