Love this Iceland has everything I need, but a big shout out to a lady called Alison, she always remembers me and genuinely asks how I am, knowing I haven’t had it great as we chat while I’m packing, what a lovely human being. Thank you Alison.

The frozen food here really is much nicer and more flavoursome than anywhere else. Parking is always easy and the staff are very attentive and polite. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the queues can be quite long and I've never seen more than 2 staff on tills at once. Nobody's fault but can be awkward if you're in a hurry.

Face masks are required. But some people are exempt because they have medical issues. Iceland should make this clear. Also the Capuccino at £2.50 per box for 8 sachets is very expensive. A rip off. Just my opinion. It isnt as cheap as it used to be. I rarely shop in there. They discontinued their very popular meals for one in a boil in the bag. Roast beef was very popular. But it was stopped.

Staff are far more helpful than asda next door. I never used to go in until 6 months ago. I'm still surprised how much you can buy there.
