First visit here and I just want to say Thank you , my new dentist Laura is absolutely lovely and reassuring, along with the friendly reception staff. I’m always a nervous patient but Laura was absolutely fantastic at calming my nerves.

Absolutely fantastic! Fit me in last minute for an appointment and made me feel so at ease! The two ladies I saw were very informative and went above and beyond to help me! Would definitely go here again!

I'm absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. However, Laura has been absolutely amazing. I had a filling today with no pain at all. She is incredibly good at putting you at ease and is very kind, friendly, and professional. I'm not worried at all now about going back for the rest of my dental work.Reception staff are also very friendly, chatty, and helpful. Really can't recommend highly enough.

The receptionists have to be the rudest people out there. I called to book an appointment for my children and they could hardly be bothered to talk to me. I suppose I’m lucky they answered the phone as they dont usually bother . Emails are also hit and miss. Luckily I found a new NHS dentist that has taken on my family. I suppose when they know you need them , they can treat you however they like. Unfortunately for them word will get around. I come into contact with lots of local people each week and have already told people to avoid them. Do yourself a favour and find a practise that will treat you with respect and avoid this one.

Impossible to get hold of. After an hour on hold gave up ringing. Despite trying from different numbers. Been in today for treatment to have two of my teeth glued together with a filling and now In more pain than when I went in! Sent an email this morning no response... tried phoning again no answer. Yet when I was in this morning phones were clearly muted and only being answered as and when it suited the staff. After 15 years of constant pain all I want is it resolved but the dentist just seemed to be a get in and get out job. Didn't even want to use anaesthetic for 4 fillings until I asked for it yet has been a standard procedure at any other dentist I've been at. If someone could contact me ASAP to resolve this I might look at reevaluation of my review.

Dr Hussain was absolutely brilliant . I was very worried to have a tooth out but he made it really fast and easy was really happy afterwards . Thank you will definitely be back if have any other problems .

I have a fear of the dentist but not anymore. He was wonderful, kind and considerate. He talked me through all the procedures and and stopped when I started to worry or get uncomfortable. Absolutely fantastic.

My wife and I attended today (06/12/23) and I would like to say how impressed we were at the professionalism of all the staff, they went above and beyond to look after us after her tooth extraction.You guys were brilliant.Thank you

Really quick and professional given the complex treatment I needed. Even though I wasn't a registered patient, their emergency service was really fast. The dentist was fantastic and friendly. Despite the nervousness, he got me calm enough for the whole procedure and explained everything. The receptionist was friendly and had a great sense of humor which you really need for nervous patients.

Was promised yet again that i would get an update phone call yesterday, I waited in all day no call came again, so I rang them today and was holding on waiting for them to answer for half an hour, what takes them so long to answer? and why don't they ring when they say they will? it's very frustrating
