I was very disappointed with the service I received from Macfarlanes. I instructed them, in 2011, on potential recovery of illegal charges from an online exchange, which should have been a simple breach of contract claim, but they preferred to take an unfair competition" line

They were recommended to me by my own lawyer and i did not hesitate to use the based on their recommendation. HOWEVER, their services were very spotty and I lost confidence in them early on. I stuck with them despite my instincts and they have proven to be even worse. In the end they still insist i owe them for services they did not render. Do not use this firm.

This firm handled my case very poorly. My briother and I had a complex issue regarding the handling of our parents estate overseas. I found the firm's work to be poor quality, very slow in responding and the individual assigned - Naomi Charrington was not very good. She was ill informed and very flaky - often not responding. Would not recommend.
