Zumba with Helen Challis (Tividale & Oldbury)
Love these zumba classes, dancing has never been so much fun. It has to be the best way to get fit and enjoy yourself whilst doing so.Helen is fabulous and the routines are great, she instructs from the front so well and makes it easy to follow.It's the best way to dance yourself to fitness and happiness ♥️
