Rachel is very caring. She always asks me if I'm settled. She knows where to to apply pressure and relieve the tense muscle. She even tried the heated Bamboo and she would tell me what treatment suits me .I fell asleep during the session proof that I was relaxed. After the session, I feel light. I will book again for an appointment with her ☺️

The best pregnancy massage with Galina! She was so lovely and it really made me feel amazing! She got rid of lots of my aches and pains. Would definitely recommend! Can't wait for my next appointment post-baby!

My daughter bought me a voucher and I booked a 90mins treatment. I had a deep relaxing massage from my feet to my shoulders. I slept like a dream afterwards. May was lovely and professional.

I had the Thai Yoga Massge with Alex. It was excellent in releasing all the tight areas, in particular my hips and shoulders. I also got some exercises I can do to support developing my flexibility. Alex was excellent at explaining what he was doing and why. Thoroughly enjoyed it and looking forward to my next session.

Not been able to have a massage for 6mths because of surgery, it was so nice to see Natalie again. I had a deep tissue massage and it was heaven, I slept so well last night. See you next month for the same. I can also recommend the hot bamboo massage as that was my pre surgery favourite.

I had a 90 minute lymphatic drainage massage with Racheal. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable (so comfy i dozed off) I would highly recommend using Manchester Body Balance.

Fabulous place they went out of their way to fit me in for treatment before a holiday. I had a Swedish massage with Rachel it was amazing, I've been suffering with an aching back and shoulder for some time, so she concentrated on those areas. I feel there's a marked improvement in less than 24 hours. Rachel was very friendly and put me at my ease, I will certainly be back after my hols. Book yourself in. You won't regret it.

Had a 90 minute full body massage with Galina and felt the benefits immediately afterwards.I spend a lot of time sat down at work and have a few aches from cycling and football.Galina was able to recognise problem areas and worked her magic. Came away feeling completely refreshed.I’ll be back again.
