I have bought there for years as I used to work close. Today, the seller who is usually at this time, has been extremely rude without reason and, after that, he has pressed the wrong button in the card machine, I have been charged, but he has not given me the items I bought and I have needed to call my bank to recover my money.Just since the beginning, when I told him that I needed to put the card inside the reader because contactless didn’t work, he has started shouting and speaking rudely to me as it were a massive deal just to turn the machine of position (and he was not busy at all, I was literally his only customer).When I have been charged (my bank send me a message), he has shouted at me, again in rude manners, telling me to go. I have told him that I would go as soon as he gave me the products that I have just paid. Even having the printed receipt of my payment by card and the money charged in my account, he has refused. After a time arguing, as has came a new customer and I didn’t want to harm anyone, and he hadn’t intentions to give me the products or my money back, I have left and called my bank straight to cancel the transaction; fortunately, I have got it and I have just bought my stuff in another place. After over 4 years buying in the same place, today has been my last purchase there
