If you want to sit there, just know it can be noisy. Just buy and go. The loud noise was from the workers and sounded like an argument in their language..but I must confess the lamb wrap I had was out of this world! I'm going back again!

Asked for lamb kebab, got last week's ends. Which stasted like eating cardboard no salad, paid once and even showed I had paid on my phone, asked to pay again, was refused receipt for 2 payment, was asked to return after 7days for a repayment for first payment.

Absolute scammers *do not use their delivery option at all!* they know exactly what they are doing and cancel orders without contact with whoever placed order via app and after waiting delivery ransom you for food in the later hours sending order not to your requirements and even stealing the change from any notes after promising to come back with change in 5 mins. Thieves & shoddy service as well as messed up order with spicy hot food of which went from £14.xx original amount and 30-40 mins delivery time to almost 1.5 hours and £25 in cash only! Promised £5 change returning in 5 mins but ran off and blocked any calls so took stole £30 in total including extra £5 cash for original £14 order! My 6 year old son went hungry first then to bed on just fries and a can of drink due to this all as travelling on road trip with truck drive time’s restrictions and also new to area.

I was waiting over an hour past the estimated arrival of the food and I called them numerous time and each time they said the driver is on their way but I was waiting nearly an hour past estimated time of arrival

Terrible service. Ordered via Deliveroo and stated 25 minutes delivery it took over 2 hours to arrive. Rang them over 6 times and was no help at all kept telling us they didn’t know how long it was going to be and didn’t know where the driver was! Food was then cold!

terribly dirty place, (cobwebs on the walls, dirty counter, dirty kitchen, a lot of old dust on the walls) pigs live better, I asked for a refund for canceling the order, not nice gentleman, dirty all around, owner busy on a private phone, customers after While waiting for service, they left the building

Came to town for Evensong at the Cathedral and they had held the service at 3 instead of 5:30 as the website stated. Tried to get Sunday roast at the Tall Ship and they weren't serving food. It's my lucky day though, because right across the street is Quayside Grill! They're open, and serving hot food at a reasonable price . The 1/2 chicken was great - delicious and a generous portion, the lamb doner was great -tasty and a generous portion, and the cheeseburger was fine. We enjoyed our Tango and Rio drinks.

I wish I could give this minus stars.Bloody awful!Ordered food on Just Eat for 12:55, confirmed time was 13:05. Call came an hour after the original requested time to say they were 'busy'.The caller was unhelpful, rude, and didn't listen to me. Said he would be another half an hour, this would have interrupted an important work meeting. He said I could have the delivery in the evening instead of lunch time as an alternative. I said I wanted the food for my lunch, and we agreed it would arrive at 14:30, or before. The delivery status said it was delivered at 14:30. It hadn't been. My video doorbell certainly didn't pick anything up.I was still waiting, food now nearly 2 hours late! Called the restaurant and they told me to wait a few more minutes for it to arrive!?! Then said it hadn't even been prepared yet, and would be another 20 minutes if they left immediately! I asked them to send me the food.Then he told me he wouldn't give me a refund and wouldn't send any food after spending half the call talking over me, not listening when I asked him to send the food, over 5 times. How rude!!!If they called earlier I could have made other arrangements instead of leaving it until the food was already over half an hour late (and then some).Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a takeaway shop.

Disgusting food.Ever ytime we've ordered been disappointing.Lamb/Chicken tasted off, dry and chewy.Salad definitely wasn't fresh.

Ordered on Deliveroo, said it would be 35-45 mins.. taken over an hour and 45 minuets to get my food, and when it has finally been delivered it is cold.. like not frozen.. just been left on the side for 60 minuets I imagine.Called twice, chased up 45 mins in and 1:10 mins in, both times said it’ll be 20 mins.The service when I called was basically aggressive, and met with well it’s a Saturday night what do you expect! Stop calling you’ll get it when we deliver it.Utter shambles!
