Completely unreliable, untrustworthy and ignorant seller/company. I purchased this 'new' item, it arrived as shown in the photos. Melanie took a week to reply to me and then refused to accept that she sent me the item in this condition. It is dirty, mouldy, smelly and has deep creases. Absolutely not a new or acceptable condition. I would be less bitter if she had apologised for the condition and inconvenience and offer a solution but she just blamed the condition on me and said I should be happy with it. Absolutely unacceptable and incorrectly listed, as this item is NOT new condition. It probably was 15 years ago!She also charged me £4.50 for 1-2 day postage and then sent it Royal Mail 1st class in a thin plastic un-protective envelope, it took 5-6 days to reach me. Royal Mail 48 hour signed for postage would have cost her £4.20. She should not advertise a more expensive postage option for 1-2 days and then send general post.She is a horrible woman to deal with, won't offer a refund even if I return the item. DO NOT BUY FROM M ROBERTS BOOKS AND ?????? (The ? in the business name is very appropriate... what the ? did I buy!).
