I have used Heat Norfolk for over 12 years for all my plumbing jobs, big or small, and they have never let me down. First class workmanship and really nice people to deal with. I have every intention to keep on using them.

Heat Norfolk were splendid - from the initial enquiry to job completion Paul and Shane kept us informed on all aspects of the work. Shane decommissioned our gas Rayburn and replaced it with a gas boiler solving a couple of tricky problems on the way. He did a first rate job and also avoided every one's nightmare by cleaning up at the end of the day! Not forgetting Morgan - can't recommend them enough - Jackie Morris

Been waiting for over a month for them to call back and fix a toilet pan (flexi-pipe and cistern) in NR2 3NW but never got back to me. They probably thought smells and blockage coming from toilet could wait. You need to chase them up and then they just turn up to do some measurements and said they would do their best as my wife is pregnant and needs toilet upstairs. Very unhelpful, wouldn't recommend. I ended up fixing it myself.

After having been let down by yet another company, I came upon Heat Norfolk in my search for a company that would inspect/service our Solar Thermal system, so I called on the 23rd November and booked an appointment on the 10th December for an engineer.The lady answering the phone sounded very professional and efficient, and after having explained my experience with the previous company she assured me someone would be at our house at 8.00 am to carry out the work. So I felt very confident that finally I had found a company to do the work.On the allocated day, I prepped the area in our loft for the engineer but 8.00 am came and went and no-show. Initially I thought I had been mistaken and that the appointment was for 8.30, but even then, still no-show. So I phoned them up to find out what the situation was. The lady on the 'phone didn't seem to recognise my name and asked me to hold whilst she checked. A short while later she informed me that the engineer allocated to our job had just" called in sick!!Very disappointed an am concerned that all plumbing/heating companies in our area treat customers in this same manner."

From quote to installation a brilliant service. Paul the boss was really informative and happy to answer any questions when he came round to quote, the admin team gave us different quote options answering questions and revising quotes as necessary and Shane the engineer was top notch. He was considerate; taking time and care to make sure we were happy at every stage of the installation and always answering questions we had throughout the installation. I had a Gas boiler replaced and CH system overhauled recently. The company has been a pleasure to deal with. Turning up on the allotted date and time, completeing the work on time in budget and with skill and professionalism that is hard to find these days. The engineer that did the onsite work is a credit to Heat Norfolk. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Used heat Norfolk to service my boiler last year. Superb service.. Had a breakdown with the heating yesterday and called them for repairs. 4 phone calls with a promise to call back. Never got one call back. Very, very disappointed indeed. Will not use again unfortunately.

Rubbish experience with this company.Asked for a quote to fit a new shower in the bathroom. Survey happened 3 weeks after initial request, had to chase the quote several times, with promised call backs never materialising.Finally received the quote, emailed back with questions, no reply over a week later.If you're too busy, or don't want the work, why not just say? Really disappointed after other positive reviews. Recommend avoiding.

Good and reliable Heating Engineers are not easy to find, with oftentimes calls going unanswered, appointments not kept, or long lead times. Not such an issue if it is maybe for a boiler service, or something minor, not if you have a boiler breakdown.Heat Norfolk are superb, with a properly structured organisation that includes office (so calls always answered), with breakdown engineers along with installation teams. This means you are highly likely to receive timely response in an emergency.From initial call a week ago, first visit next morning, 2 visits later - parts replaced), boiler fully up and running today (Christmas Eve).Charges are clear and transparent, with a very friendly personal service. Personally, I wouldn't use anyone else....

I needed to have a new boiler fitted and I decided on Heat Norfolk based on their brilliant reviews, and I was not disappointed. The engineer who fitted our system was called Shane and he was just incredible at his job. He was really hard working, reliable and knowledgeable and he did such a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company to everyone, I am a very happy customer.
