Staff were very friendly. Very well skilled. My hair has never looked so good. Absolutely love it.

I messaged the salon via social media asking if someone could help with wavy hair that’s damaged & help me regain my curls. They suggested booking with Tia. I’m relieved to say after years of switching stylists I am happy to return to Atelier & rebook Tia. At only 23 she is very professional, approachable & courteous. We had a good chat about my needs & I left feeling fabulous. If I had to find a flaw, only thing I’d say is that I still have a few grey hairs despite the root colouring I received & some hairspray would’ve held my waves longer but this is minor.The salon has the perfect ambiance, the decor is very trendy & is an asset to Derry.

Delighted again !! Love how Charlene does my hair. Lovely Christmassy feeling today and everyone really lovely as always. Going to Atelier is a treat from start to finish for me and to be so happy with my colour and styling is the icing on the cake . Thanks everyone and especially Charlene x

Love it, it’s like a night out for me. The craic is ninety, the service is great and the staff is so lovely and attentive. You can chat to the person beside you as if you know them a lifetime, so relaxed and the time goes in so fast, I always wish when I’m leaving that I could come back in the door and do it all over again.

I've thought really long and hard about leaving this review but honestly thought it'd be better to warn people off as I'm shocked the salon was happy letting me leave given the state my hair was in.My last experience was HORRIFIC.My hair stylist wasn't friendly or professional, chatted to the girl helping her about how she'd been out til past midnight the night before (my appt was 0930). Then proceeded to dye my hair the complete opposite of what my wish photos looked like. (attached wish photos and the result)It looked awful after she was finished". I told her I wasn't happy and she eventually agreed to redo it there and then. I had paid extra for a hydrating treatment which was obviously negated by processing my hair twice.I'd grown my hair for over a year since my last balyage and had worked massively on its health. In the photos you can see my hair is completely frazzled and ruined. I'm still having to treat my hair for this.I'd arrived at 0930 and had a 1335 train

You are always guaranteed the most incredible experience at Atelier! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm welcome, and the treatment and facilities are truly first class. Ronan is outstanding on every level, and I completely trust his opinion when it comes to colour and cut. There is nowhere quite like Atelier!

I had a wonderful , personal and relatable service today . My hair felt and looked amazing after my visit . I was so happy with my 1st visit to the salon today that I booked a return appointment for December . My initial appointment was made from a customers recommendation, I will for sure recommend to all my friends . Very happy .

10/10! I had an amazing experience and think I’ve found my new go-to salon! Everyone I interacted with was so lovely and I loved the vibe of the place. Clodagh was amazing and explained exactly which products she thought would be best to use on my hair and made sure I didn’t leave until the colour was perfect. ❤️ Looking forward to my next appointment already!
