I have to make aware of all the curry’s customer as a caution.I bought the freezer on 25/09/23 which was looking fine in packaging but damaged as showed in the attached image. So just be careful.The other thing I was surprised about is the when I went to store, custome support offered me a £10 for the damage later after discussion increased to £20. Also will not organise the return delivery.No Brand image concern to the manager as he wanted to save £40.Really poor experience. I won’t be buying anything every from curry’s now.

Staff very unhelpful. Unless you're a young female, that is. Trying to get help from the 6 staff that were stood about moving TVs, actively ignoring us, and as soon as I said to my son we would probably need some advise, all of them scattered like cockroaches when the lights go on. We then went to look at monitors, and a young female walked down the aisle, and 2 young staff members practically ran over to ask her if she needed help, and when I turned to say I needed help, they turned away. Usually the staff are great. But not on this visit.

Well laid out store with audio/visual, PC and small electricals downstairs and white goods upstairs on the mezzanine. Always seems well stocked and staff are friendly and helpful.

Bought a washing machine from CURRY'S not anyone else YOU! Why will you not help us it only lasted 9 weeks what happened to consumers rights,( you don't care) so long as you got your money. Hope you go into administration

A shop with assistants who are great at assisting. Real people. Feels a bit like visiting an endangered species exhibit at the zoo. Very friendly and helpful to boot.

Really helpful bunch of lads sorted out my problem with my speaker. Had to visit a few times and each time they were friendly, efficient and helpful. I had a technical issue also and they were more than happy to help me with that too. Great service.

Appalling after sales service, not interested in your faulty item, which is not fit for purpose after only three months. More interested in reminding you that you should have taken out their own insurance warranty.
