Waited over an hour and still no sign, so I phoned up, they said they were on their way. So another hour passed. When I finally got it 2 hours late, the food was cold, and not fit for human consumption.I enjoyed the food from here before but never again.

Avoid this sizzlers branch, we ordered a prawn salad that came with chips, our order was delivered and no chips were to be found. Phoned the shop and the the woman denied that it came with chips, when it clearly states on the menu that this comes with chips, the woman was then extremely rude and offered no help.The food that we did get was absolutely grim and was inedible.

First time using this restaurant through Just Eat. Would not advise anybody to use Sizzlers as the food will be 3 hours late. After being told through just eat they were preparing it right now and will be another 40 minutes. And after endlessly trying to contact the restaurant without success it was never delivered

20 minutes after order due I called them to be told it was on the way, 25 minutes after call food arrived minus rice. When I called to tell them this he said he would bring it right up in 5 minutes, 40 minutes later driver arrives with rice. I got my money back for rice and will never order from them again, not because of taste of food but because they have zero thought or respect for paying customer.

Ordered food from website money taken turns out they were not open. 20th March. Waste of time reporting to their clearing bank.

Google says the store is open so I made an order. Waited an hour and their site says they are closed. Absolute joke. I was charged for an order on the 2nd of July and I still dont have it. You can't contact the store via the number either

Order still hasn’t arrived 3 hours later than when it was meant to come. Asked for a refund or even for the food to be delivered and got told by the ignorant lady on the phone that we will be getting no refund and we have to pay 5 pound extra if we want the food to be delivered or have to collect it when we live miles away. Disgusting customer service the woman (who wouldn’t tell me her name) started aggressively verbally abusing me over the phone should be sacked, seems like she was the manager! Would not go here, should not be in business at all and do not give these people you’re money.

Ordered a pizza and milkshake at 5.30pm . 3 hours later he turned up looking stupid and not a clue. I said I've ordered elsewhere and he was 3 hours late and I didn't want it. I tried calling the shop but the number wasn't working or of the hook for 3 hours. Never again . Avoid.. doesn't even deserve 1 star .
