Service and pre MOT performed on my insignia, I was informed that there were a few items that needed attention. I asked them to price it up for me which was 3 weeks ago but still no contact from them despite me messaging for a second time. Very poor customer service, I will not use this garage again

Excellent customer service took my car in for a fault on one of the tyres that had been fitted previously. The mechanic Mark spent an hour testing the tyre and resealed it all free of charge would highly recommended

The most helpful garage I have ever been to, no problem is too small or daft for them! They have rearranged things to fit me in at short notice and stayed late to check things out for me multiple times. They are so friendly and patient with a clueless car woman and the pricing is excellent, could not recommend more!

A very special Thankyou to the whole Team, special mention to Helen and Russ for their helpfulness.I wanted a second opinion before purchasing a Classic Car (Rover P5b). Helen advised Russ would be best person as a classic owner himself. I booked a pre-MOT as a way of getting the car checked over.I received exemplary service, even down to pushing car onto forecourt as it conked out at the junction on way to garage. The team then crawled over the car, removing air filter, cleaning spark plugs, fixed a heater pipe leak, replaced top hose jubilee clip and rebalanced carbs. I was overwhelmed at this level of service and enthusiasm.It's very clear this is a group of people who love working on cars and help each other.On top of all the work, they carried out a thorough check of the car underneath including suspension checks and pointed out specific issues.Thankyou from a very satisfied customer.
