These guys do a cracking job at a fair price. Why go to a main dealer who will charge so much more for the same quality of work here! Have my cars and vans sorted out here. Decent waiting room if its a sit and wait job. Friendly bunch too!

I recently took my BMW 4 series to BRS Automotive for the first time and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The guys working there were incredibly nice and friendly, and they did an excellent job repairing my car in a quick and efficient manner. I felt confident that my car was in good hands. Never answer their calls. Have called several times in a week, no response to email or phone call.Edit: I’m not a company, I’m a customer! I have used BRS automotive once to get Bmw brake discs were done. I have been calling again for the past few months to get a booking for car service and they do no answer calls just being clear. DO NOT APPLY FALSE ACCUSATIONS THAT I’M a COMPANY

Just used BRS for the first time and I can't rate them highly enough. The whole team are very professional and friendly. Pip has talked me through the whole process, been very helpful and their work is spot on. Never had a problem with them not answering the phones as another review stated..... Quite the opposite! (hard to believe that review). Customer service, workmanship is all 5 stars from a team who really care and have a passion in what they do.

Outstanding. The service and response to my concern today were nothing short of superb. I am very grateful to the team for sorting out the problem with my front nearside tyre in such a professional and friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

BRS conducted warranty work on my F Type. I thoroughly recommend them. They were polite, timely, knowledgeable and fixed the issues. I will definitely use their service again.

Professional, helpful and courteous from the start. Never used or heard of them before but will use them again and recommend them. I tried to get a battery and electrics issue sorted for a week and I couldn't even pay some garages to take my business, and was litterally told by some, they weren't interested in a 'battery drain/electrical' issue and was turned away without a care in the world. BRS kept me informed from the start and fixed the issue. They have also asked me to keep them posted after a week to make sure things are continuing to run smoothy. So, far A+.
