I have had a very unhappy service. I returned an item (with my receipt) which stopped working 2 weeks after purchase. I was asked by a 'white haired' man 'how much was it? I said 14.95 and without a single word of query he gave me the money in cash and 'THREW' the item straight in the bin in front of us and I left with thanks (with my 2 children, both under 9).Minutes later he came out of the store onto the street and shouted to me to 'come back' as it was now working. 'It was just a fuse'. I said no it wasn't working and carried on walking. He got quite worked up and shouted 'how I am supposed to sell this now'. I felt very uneasy and didn't expect this to happen at all and this VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS MANNER was not necessary. I am NEVER going to Autocare of Turriff EVER AGAIN.
