I found Angel searching through Google reviews and without exaggeration she has quite honestly made such a massive impact to the anxiety issues I was suffering.I have tried CBT and another hypnotherapist several years ago and many other alternative therapies with no success.Angel really was my last chance at getting my specific anxiety issue resolved and failing that had come to the opinion that I will have to live with my anxiety, and even worse, the medication I am on which was also having a massive negative impact, for the rest of my life.After a small number of sessions I started to notice a marked improvement and now my symptoms have 99% gone and with a little more time for me to adjust, I have no doubt this will be 100%, so much so I'm considering seeing my GP to discuss coming off this awful medication I'm on.I cannot sing Angels praises enough, if you're like me and all but given up, I strongly recommend contacting Angel, the best thing I ever did.

Recently, my 9 year old daughter developed a phobia of choking/swallowing. She was of a very small frame anyway, so I was concerned about her losing weight. She was unable to eat any solid foods and still struggled with smooth foods. I was terrified that she would become seriously ill and I didn't know what to do? Someone suggested hypnotherapy. I had no idea what to expect, but I was desperate. I found Angel on Google. She was very quick to reply to me and we had a phone conversation. She was very friendly and understanding, so I felt quite good about this.When taking my daughter to see Angel, I was blown away by the way she spoke to her in such a fantastic, age appropriate way; so that my daughter would feel at ease and safe. The sessions were always so relaxed and positive. Angel's techniques were fascinating. Around 5/6 sessions in, my daughter was eating solid foods comfortably and she was becoming more healthy by the day. So we no longer needed to attend her sessions. I can strongly recommend Angel's smoking cessation therapy. I had my last smoke in Aug 22 (on my way to the session). Took most of the pain out of stopping in only one hour appointment. Useful techniques taught in event of the odd craving. I cannot tolerate smell of cigarettes now.

Angel has helped me to control my anxiety symptoms, which were severely limiting my ability to go to work and lead a normal life. She has helped to recondition the subconscious thinking which causes symptoms, as well as taught me successful exercises to minimize symptoms when they do appear. Very friendly and adaptable too, would recommend!
