the staff are friendly and patient with me i have autism and I can be difficult to deal with at times and never know when to shut up lol the staff are always friendly and are always welcoming they are other shop that are like God sake heres daniel but I dont get that from here *well they may think it * but they never show it always friendly and James and callum are brilliant and patient I always say hello when I pass

Very rude manager called summer. Went in to try buy sim only deal with my son , she was arguing about 3rd party deals with me in front of my young son. All I was asking is can you do the same deals.

I recently upgraded to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max, and I'm disappointed with the service. I specifically requested a certain color and was told to wait for it. However, I received the wrong color upon delivery.Instead of addressing the mistake and providing the correct phone, I was directed to the company's return policy. Which would take several weeks to come back,This isn't a matter of dissatisfaction but a clear error on the company's part.

Sorted out 2 s20 phones for my friends no trouble, and ordering my phone for Tuesday. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Not easy during the covid pandemic. Ring first and make an appointment.

My sister and I went into the Halesowen store to inform them that our mom had died and we wished to cancel her phone. The store was quiet, only one other customer and we spoke to a young man. He informed a colleague of the reason for our visit and we heard him say that there was a form to fill in. He disappeared for ages into the back of the store and we naturally assumed he had gone to get the form. When he finally returned he walked past us with his phone in his hand , no acknowledgement whatsoever, and proceeded to talk to two other colleagues, who were not serving anyone, about a problem he was having with his own phone and discussed lunch breaks ! It was as if we were invisible! At this point we walked out the store, my sister said we would go to Solihull instead. The customer service was disgusting, especially given the reason for our visit. We will not be returning or recommend to anyone.

Went in to sort out my contract as I was due an upgrade also I was getting robbed a huge amount a month, I was served by Summer I believe her name was, she really helped me out! Went out of her way and did something she didn’t have to do, I appreciate her help and kindness. Thank you
