They are bad payers, so please be very careful when dealing with this company.

Awful, no one ever answers the phone. Left over 14 messages with my name and telephone, not ONE call back. I have paid for nearly 2 months of hosting service that l have not received. Lost many clients, as no website live because of an issue their side and they refuse to refund me on the months l paid for in which they were not providing me internet service. Nightmare avoid these people.

Still sending me reminders about domains that I took off them years ago because the support was so poor - are they even still trading as no one replies to anything

Nightmare to deal with - pay via their portal and get reminders for months - helpdesk tickets go unanswered - girl who answers the phone is in complete denial and exceptionally condescending. They are a tiny company and I suspect one or 2 customers pay the bills so the rest don't matter
