The service, from the beginning, is excellent. With very few backs and forths you get design that's custom made to you and to your space, and the ON&ON team supports you along the way. We also opted to have them install our shelves and that went incredibly smooth. We are extremely happy with our purchase, this is what it feels like to purchase something you know you will want to keep for the rest of your life.

We had our large shelving unit with drawers and cupboard put up and couple of weeks ago, We are so pleased with it, It looks great, gives us loads of storage and it's very sturdy. The company were fab to deal with, very helpful and made lots of adjustments before we decided on the finished product, would recommend.

We're completely addicted to these shelves and now have them in 3 rooms. No matter what your space, On&On can find a sleek solution, they are beautifully made, sturdy and easy to keep clean. Highly recommend the fitting service too.

Love the product and the customer service is second to none.I dithered over the final design for ages but Tim was great in helping with me requests. The installation team were brilliant. Again, I went back and forth on the shelf height - the team left me with clear institutions on I'd need to do when I was happy with the height. The team ended up coming back as they noticed a very small mark on the shelf (not sure I would be noticed it) and wanted to rectify it. They returned a couple of weeks later and I am over the moon with the end result. Shelves looks amazing. Stunning. Far better than I could have imagined.

The shelves I got for my living/home office are absolutely amazing. The whole installation process has been done in a professional, clean and quick way. Everything is absolutely fantastic and I have been closely and patiently followed all my doubts and ideas. In the end I hot exactly what I needed and I couldn’t be happier about this!

Had a really positive experience from start to finish with ON&ON. I ordered a 3m-wide full-wall unit with base cabinets and separate TV shelves. They have transformed what was a bland room and the build quality is great.

Great company. Tim was patient and forgiving with my constant redesigns until the final one was settled on.Delivery was prompt and the shelves look great in situ.Very happy with the product and would use them again.Highly recommended.

Great System and wonderful service. The design feature on the website is easy to follow and I got good help from the team. They told me when the shelves would be ready and when they would be delivered. The whole lot arrived, well packed with everything you needed, screws, fittings rawl plugs etc. I didn't feel I had the skills to set up but my local builder completed the job in a day. I think it must be easy to do, as the firm says.

We are absolutely delighted with our shelving systems from ON&ON, they are super stylish, and really strong. We went with several different configurations, including a desk space in our daughters room, and a mix of shelving and cabinets in our front room. The ability to have different colour options is exciting, and although we went mainly with white, we also love the striking yellow we used in the kitchen. Communication and customer service was excellent and the system is easy to install. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend ON&ON if you are looking for fantastic contemporary shelving.
