Can’t thank Brian enough. We were about to set off on holiday from our storage only to discover the caravan brake lights weren’t working. After our own rudimentary efforts failed to achieve any kind of fix, we were about to give up when we spotted Brian carrying out some maintenance work on another van. What a stroke of luck! After finishing his existing job he calmly assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Our hero of the day. All done with good humour and great courtesy. I have been using B C Caravans for our service and habitation checks for the last three years. Found originally through the Adria website as an approved engineer when we purchased our caravan. Communication is always excellent, both when booking and on the day keeping you updated on arrival time. Brian is very knowledgeable and is happy to explain every aspect of the service and habitation check so you understand exactly what is being covered, which I find really useful as a new owner. He also takes the time to sort out any small niggles we've had as well, from adjustment to blinds & widow seals that needed re-stapling. Brian also works in a clean and tidy manner and the caravan is always left how he found it. I also find the convenience of having the service done in storage rather than tow it somewhere a real bonus and the prices he charges are fair and competitive. Finally as an existing customer Brian has also been very helpful if I've had to call when away due to any issues that have arisen that I needed help with and where possible he's talked me through a fix over the phone. I would without a doubt highly recommend B C Caravans to carry out any aspect of maintenance for your leisure vehicle, you won't be disappointed.

I have had B.C Caravans Services carry our our annual checks on our current caravan on our driveway for the past six years without any problems. This year was carried out a few weeks ago, with Covid 19 procedures in place. I have also had various other jobs carried out satisfactorily and have been very pleased with the results. Always on time and very helpful.

We booked Brian to do the 1st service on our caravan. He was incredibly professional and communicated throughout the whole process. On taking our first trip since the service we appreciated his workmanship even more when we saw the extent of the areas that had been serviced - all locks and security features had been greased and we no longer had squeaky brakes. Will definitely book again for next year. Highly recommended.

Brain was brilliant, fixing our caravan after a burst water feed on the shower during last winter's heavy cold spell. The problem came to light when the caravan went in for its service later in the year (we don't use it much these days). The main dealer doing the service said that the only way to solve the problem would be to strip out the entire shower unit and replace it in its entirety - cost quoted £850.So I called Brian. One week later it was repaired by replacing the mixer tap and its feeds. Parts £90; labour (two visits) £80. I love Brian!!!
