Western Carpets and Furnishings

Absolutely LOVE my new flooring! This is the same review as I posted on the Kenilworth site, as it’s the same company with two shops.Western Carpets were such a pleasure to deal with. Within 24 hours of my initial enquiry we were booked in for a free quote. Simon was so friendly and gave us a range of options to choose from. It was really easy to schedule the fitting day as they were so flexible and accommodating. The fitters were also brilliant and tidied up well after they’d fitted the tiles.We chose a brand of tile called Harvey Maria for our new bathroom and it looks so smart and classy. Definitely will be using this quality local business for any future flooring & would recommend again and again.

We were delighted with both the product and service provided by Simon and his team. We had a large area of Amtico flooring throughout several rooms and it was expertly laid. Nothing was too much trouble and overall we had a great experience from start to finish. We would wholeheartedly recommend Western Carpets and we will definitely use them again.

AVOID AVOID please!! and do not make the same mistake as i did, even i was recommended by a friend. Quality of work is absolutely poor, well let's say rubbish.Do not pay in advance as if there are issues they don't even bother to call you back or face the issue with an unhappy customer. Brilliant laminate flooring done today by Rhys and Tom. Very clean and efficient. Pleasant experience all around from shop to fitting, fully recommend and will use again 100% in the future for our flooring needs. Cheers.

From the moment we met Simon he was extremely helpful in terms of offering advice, and he came to measure up the next day. We had a number of large rooms (and stairs) to carpet, and they managed to turn it around so quickly. The client service and installation was very professional, I would highly recommend them to anyone. We have been managing a number of contractors on this project and they were by far the best to work with!

I tried Western Carpets on the recommendation of a friend. They offered a competitive quote and responded quickly and efficiently.I had two bedrooms, stairs and landing carpet fitted. The fitters on the day were absolutely excellent. They arrived on time, were polite and got on with the job. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful.Thorough recommend and it was good to be able to shop local.

Western Furnishings have fitted all our carpets in three successive homes over a period of 25 years. We’ve never been tempted to go anywhere else as the carpets are beautiful quality, reasonably priced, and Simon and his team are always punctual, polite and helpful. They’re also quite good at fitting carpets!!

Fantastic job done by Western Carpets, we had the whole house done. Carpets upstairs to the bedrooms, landing and stairs as a runner. Superbly fitted and the fitters are amazing, so polite and helpful, Rhys, Henry & Tom.Also we had the downstairs rooms done in Harvey Maria LVT, wood plank in a herringbone designFrom the very start in the shop our first visit we saw Peter and he is such a gentleman, a huge amount of knowledge and helped us with the product selections. He explained the pros and cons of all the different types of flooring, including the difference between wool carpets and polypropylene carpets etcWe have used Western before, it’s so lovely to see a firm who have been in the same shop for over 53 consecutive years, that takes some doing. Recently had my living room fitted by western carpets in Harvey Maria. Really pleased with the finished product, looks a complete transformation. The fitter was helpful and discussed the design work with me including a border and feature strip. Overall looks a beautiful finish & have had no issues. Will be using this company again in the future, thanks!

We are extremely happy with the new Harvey Maria flooring we have had fitted throughout the ground floor of our home. From the outset, I found Simon to be friendly and professional. Enquiries were answered quickly. The large project was completed whilst we were on holiday. Throughout the week, Simon stayed in touch via WhatsApp photos and videos so we could see how the team was getting on. He then came and did a final inspection, finding one small snag, which his team fixed directly upon our return. Pricing was very competitive and we only completed payment upon completion of the job.
