Drove 40 minutes to take my daughter to her 10.25am appointment and whilst I was standing, registering myself at reception, my phone rang…. It was another member of staff in the same shop, telling me that my appointment had been cancelled due to staff illness. How inconsiderate and unprofessional. Thank goodness I wasn’t an elderly person who had paid for a taxi - there was no real apology and total lack of empathy. I won’t be coming back.

Making the appointment was incredibly easy. On the day of the appointment, I arrived on time into a friendly, cordial atmosphere. My consultation was extremely professional. Without a doubt this was the most complete and thorough eye examination/ discussion and consultation I have ever had. The patience, knowledge and expertise of my optition was incredible. It was not surprising then that the selection of frames and lenses was equally professional and comfortable with the front office personnel.

Service good when I was eventually seen, appointment was 10:15, was asked to arrive early as usual to do the pre-test, so got there at 9:55, was finally seen at 10:45. I did ask what the delay was and was just brushed off as the previous person obviously has over run, no apology!

Excellent Service and Care. Highly Recommended!!Had my routine eye exam today - very impressed with friendly staff, professional service and the facilities/ equipment. My optometrist was Mr Mandeep Manku - very pleasant and thorough, explained everything very clearly. Thank you for a wonderful visit - see you next year.

Truly the best customer service I have ever received!! Carl, the store manager, served us & I simply could not fault a single thing. He subtly identified my difficult financial situation without me really saying very much at all. He was incredibly kind & compassionate. He treated my 11 year old daughter as an equal & explained everything in such a relatable way. He obviously cares about making sure his customers leave with what they need, not trying to upsell anything unnecessary. All the staff were polite & respectful. I am very grateful for the care we received. Their competitors could learn a thing or two! Thank you very much.
