Image Insight

We completed tour of the London Stadium as a spur of the moment activity on 30th April 2023. Tour was very interesting and not just about West Ham united. I used to live in the area, and thought I knew a lot about the football team and the stadium. How wrong was I! My hubby, who is not a fan, was reluctant, but at the end, even he said how great it was and the history not only of the football team, but also facts about the stadium and the build was very informative. Would definitely recommend. Staff are very friendly, kept the engagement with the group whilst delivery the tour. I was born in east London, and I did not know that the shield" was not a "Shield" Then to finish the tour

Had an issue with lost photos, but after messaging Image Insight it was rectified in hardly any time at all.They are really helpful and friendly.

This company was in charge of photos at an event in Washington State that I attended. For some reason, not all of the photos were showing up with the QR code. I messaged them for help and they quickly responded, asked for an image of the receipt, and the next morning I had the pictures I was missing in my inbox!I truly appreciated their timeliness, helpfulness, and kindness. And a particular thank you" to Maxx!"

I ordered some photo experiences from my visit to Anfield. The photographs were excellent quality, with images of players added in to add to the fun.I emailed Image Insight to request some additional photos we had taken, and the reply was very quick, and also helpful and friendly.I see from their website they cover a lot of tourist place around the Country, which I've already earmarked to visit.

Had a family photo taken at Wookey Hole. Receipt stated that it could take up to 24 hours for images to be downloadable yet 9 days later we still can’t access them. Contacted the company a couple of days after the photo was taken to be told that the server was down. There are only 30 days available to access the photos before they’re deleted and not confident that we will be able to access them within this time. We would have opted for a cheaper photo package had we known that we would not have been able to access what was sold to us. Very disappointed with the service and as it stands, this company isn’t fit to operate.

I had paid for all digital copies of photos taken at Platform 9 3/4 in London but was missing two of the photos. I reached out for customer service and Maxx was able to find the photos and resolve my issue very quickly!

Had a photo taken with my son and I at ChelseaFC during a tour and it had a yellow splash appear to the bottom right hand side of a night photo. - I contacted Image Insight who denied the issue was the photo and said its was supposed to be there. - No professional photo would have this included in a finished image/photo and tried to fob me off.I wrote to Chelsea who I also sent the image to, and they agreed the picture was faulty and offered me a refund immediately.This firm is very not good with its customers, or handling it's customers customers, and offers no product quality assurance in its output. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone to use.- In short, my experience has been poor support, poor product, poor customer services..

This company went above and beyond our expectations to retrieve and supply us with a much loved souvenir photo from Mary Kings Close, Edinburgh that we thought we had lost forever. Not only that, they kept us informed all the way and dealt with our problem in a very timely manner. Two very grateful customers.
