Excellent knowledgeable professional. A unique massage as it is prescriptive to your needs, focusing on areas highlighted.Tailored to the individual, no bog standard massage techniques used. Mark is amazing with his knowledge on anatomy, physiology and bio mechanics of how the body moves.Couch was lovely and warm and coconut oil was lovely on my skin. I feel like my skin has had a spa treatment too.Really enjoyed the massage will definitely go back.I would highly recommend to anyone, acutely, preventatively and restoratively. These massages are wonderful.

Mark is very professional and kind, every time i visit it is a great experience, and not only has he solved my usual neck and hip pain issues, but Mark solved an issue i have lived with for 40+ years, i could not recommnd him enough... AMAZING easy 5 stars!

Mark delivers little miracles each time I go to see him. From having a shoulder that was so painful I wanted to cry all the time, to now having complete freedom of movement has taken 4 months. 4 months to be able to live pain free again and work in comfort. I can never thank Mark enough for listening to my personal needs and using his vast knowledge and experience to help me live a normal life again. Thank you Mark.

AMAZING!! Mark is friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable! Recently moved to the area so this is my second time I’ve seen Mark and this time was just as good as the first! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, 90 minutes just doesn’t feel long enough! Very knowledgeable and explains to you if he feels a particular spot felt up-tight!See you in the new year Mark.

After 3 months of treatment which I can honestly say has been life changing for me , I am pain free.I felt the improvement after the first session. And significant improvements after the third session . I have had a chronic shoulder and neck condition for 25 years after an accident . I have spent thousands of pounds on massages , physio, Chiro and acupuncture. This is the only treatment that has worked . Mark is professional , dedicated and makes a huge difference. So glad I found him as it has significantly improved my quality of life. ‘Thank you ‘doesn’t seem to cover it really . He is a star ⭐️

When I arrived at Mark's studio I was in a terrible state and could barely function. He was so kind and professional, quickly locating the source of the problem and worked hard to relieve me. Subsequent visits were conducted equally professionally and gave me full recovery. He knows his stuff and gives great advice for physical well-being. I totally recommend him.
