Went to return a breaker I had on hire , arrived at 5:15pm there closing time states 5:30pm on there website shutter was done nobody there . Pretty sure the were in a car ready to go and once they saw me they were off . Extremely poor service wouldn’t recommend and won’t be using again .

Ordered a whacker plate to arrive AM never arrived but told me I could collect even though I paid to have it delivered.Delivered a week late for it to be non working

Hired a cement mixer last November, ordered online and picked it up. The lads were great, showed me how to re-assemble it and there was no issue when I extended the hire. Same great service when it was collected from my home address. Will definitely hire from this company again. I'm glad to say there were no patronising or chauvinistic comments which I've experienced with other companies. Top stuff from the Wakefield Road depot.

Staff member made it seem more like a morgue, really not a friendly place, we won't be using them again. Selco deliver free and are same price so they will get my business in future.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a piece of machinery to be delivered in the AM bit it didn’t come until 2pm which meant the job couldn’t be done. No help from the member of staff who seemed to rush my call. Won’t be using again. AVOID
