What can i say purchased a car from sovereign cars picked it up as drove 125 miles home back to sunny skegness and ran out of petrol lol my fault no joking apart great car HONEST sales man think his name was Christopher i have seen these negative comments and i think they must be off people with nothing better to do i would trust this garagePs the vehicle i purchased was advertised in auto trader and it was a good honest description

This is a great place to buy a budget car. I've had 5 in the past and have arranged to buy another today. Nothing is too much trouble. No hard sell, just honest cars from an honest dealer.

I have purchased several cars here in the last 20 years. Never had an issue. No hard sell. Good friendly family run business. Any issues were sorted without hassle and swiftly. Best place locally to buy cars for new young drivers.

We didn't find the car we were looking for but the owner was very, very friendly and honest.

Waste of time the cars over priced mostly damaged nobody seems to care no customer service would not visit here again.

As if you were having a close encounter with a plague victim.If you have a conversation with these people, make sure you record it, because they will tell a different story when tasked.Sold me a car and told me the service history was with the previous owners who had just moved, along with a second key.Neither ever came to fruition.A typical car dealer stereotype, with all the patter and promises of the car being this, that and the other.I hadn’t reached my home and the EML came on. Sorted because it was within their 3 month warranty. But they insisted I travel all the way back to have it done in their garage. A 2 hour trip there and a train ride back. And then the same to retrieve it when the job was finally done, only to then have the light come in again, as I travelled back.After the warranty had run out I found that upon changing a tyre, 3 of the 4 where ordinary tyres, only one was a run flat tyre, as it they should have been, but no mention was made when viewing the car. Numerous other jobs needed doing on the car subsequently, all which should have been notified in the last MOT, conducted by their garage?Don’t buy into it.I have now a car with no history and is worth a fraction of what I paid for it, because of that.I believe that he knew there was no history ever to come with the car and basically saw me coming, and took me for a mug punter.Well done.You pulled one over on me.If he’s done it to me then he can has probably done it to many others and many more to come.Good luck to you Sovereign Cars.I believe in the Karma; and I believe that one day you will have the same meted out on you as you have on others, me included.I am not an angry person normally, but I wish I had never met you and wish nothing but bad karma on you.I don’t know how you can sleep at night. But for you this is probably normal practice.

So my mums had her car from here about 12 wks after the 1st 5 wks been nuffin but touble spent over 500 on it to get fixed because they only give a month warenty and now the cluch has gone and the bearing paid £1695 for the car and needs over a grands work done after 12wk what a joke

jack screw was missing, one tyre is leaking air, oil pressure error - had issues with the car after purchasing it, brought it over to fix, guy gave me contact details of some private car technician who will fix it. I am living in different part of a city and will need to take taxi to get home and get back. When I've told that to the seller, he said it will be this way or I can ufck off. Want some problems with your new car, go to these people.
