Highly recommended.No high pressure selling. All options explained clearly. Short time between survey and fitting. Few minor snagging issues dealt with quickly. All staff from sales and admin to site engineers very friendly, helpful and professional.

From sales to guys doing the fitting everything was good Gareth phoned me while he was on holiday and offered to go in on his day off to help with a query I had. No hiding from phone calls. Craig and Andy who did the job were first class going above and beyond to help. A couple of queries since install, all answered efficiently. A good company to deal with

Already had a solar panel fitted by EEC Solar. Had an issue, took a while to sort out the issue. However the gentleman who came Craig, electrician was simply great - knew what he was doing and get all sorted in few minutes.Quality of work was always outstanding.

EEC Solar - where to begin.The best decision we have made in a long time.From consultation to installation (2 weeks), everything went smoothly.Craig and Emily, in the office sorted everything from start to finish.Callum did an excellent survey and design and the fitting team and electricians even installed when it was raining so that the job could be completed on time.We had 10 panels and 2 batteries installed and even though the days are now short and darker we are still benefiting from the system. Our electric standing charge is 60p per day, we haven't paid more than £3 per day (including the standing charge) since the install. That includes all our cooking and hot water system, which is an air sourced heat pump (that EEC can also install) as we have no gas installed.We would recommend EEC Solar, as indeed we did and our neighbour had the same system installed after seeing ours.We had 3 quotes, 1 was 3k and 1 was 4k more than we eventually paid with EEC, the other companies also wanted much more upfront as a deposit than EEC did.Highly recommendedIf you live in the North Wales area and would like to take a look before you commit to PV panels or battery system, contact Craig who will give you my details.

Fantastic service from the company. Eoin providing great detailed information and there is no pressure sales at all.The team go through everything with you including the guarantee as well as ensuring you are happy with everything before the installation takes place and after installation.The engineers keep everything tidy and they clear up after themselves, there is also an aftercare with the company, should you have any questions or change your router, the team are just a phone call away.You can monitor the battery and solar information from an easy Apple or Android app.I honestly recommend this company to anyone wishing to save money on their household bills

We're very pleased with our Powerwall battery and Iboost + installation. Everything was done very quickly (10 days from enquiry - efficiently handled by Craig -to installation) and Andy the installer did a fantastic job in a less than straightforward setting. Small problems were quickly and competently ironed out and both Jamie (the CEO) and Tim took time to make sure that everything had been done to our satisfaction.Thank you all at EEC.

We had our solar panels installed and we were impressed with the service we received from EEC. Great communication throughout the process.The installation team arrived on time as expected and were polite and friendly. They completed the job efficiently and left our property clean and tidy. Overall, we were very pleased with the serviceand would highly recommend EEC to others considering solar panel installation.

Stay clear if you call or email for any information on work they have done takes months to get reply’s.They then not interested in old work they carried out more giving you the information required.They sorted everything out to do with the solar system I have so you would think they could answer questions but they are not interested.

Great job First class tradesmen. I was kept informed at all stages. Andrew the electrical engineer was excellent explaining each stage as he progressed. The Office service from Craig and the rest of the team has been excellent. I would recommend EEC to anyone. Regards Barry Blakemore.

I didn’t think it possible but this firm have outperformed all other companies I have employed.Simply the Best is overrated but not in this case. Everything was so professionally performed!,everything explained with clarity and installed with no mess yes I repeat no mess! I could go on and on but I won’t! Try them you will not be disappointed.
