L & C Skip Hire Middlesbrough

Ordered a skip 8 days in advance. I was doing heavy work in my garden, taken a days holiday & arranged help from a friend. On the day in question, Friday, having sat in all day it didn’t turn up. Called office at 4:30 and was told a driver had gone home sick, although had this been the case someone could have had the courtesy of letting me know that it wouldn’t be arriving. Was promised the skip would be delivered the following morning before mid day. Waited in, nothing. Tried calling office & mobile, no reply. My plans for the weekend ruined.Ironically the skip turned up on the Monday morning, ( the day it was supposed to be collected). No apologies, although in fairness it wasn’t the drivers fault.No recognition or apology from the office bearing in mind they had let a customer down.The only positive was that they were quick to pick it up.Would definitely not use again.

Ordered a skip didn’t arrive on time had to chase. They then damaged my property with the skip. Having taken pictures and complaining they couldn’t care less. They give you a scrap of paper when you receive the skip. They claim that as they give you this, you forgo all your rights if they damage your property. Avoid this company!

Excellent service. Needed a skip ideally at short notice and they were able to accommodate delivering it the next day. Although I could have kept the skip for 2 weeks I had it full after the weekend (garden demolition project) and telephoned the office to inform them of this. They collected it first thing the following morning. Good responsive service and the drivers and office staff were friendly too.

Damage was caused the my neighbours drive and the fence between us. After I made a complaint and sent photos, I received a notice saying they were not liable for damage to my property. However the damage was to my neighbours drive. I did not receive any response from L&C skip. It is disappointing the fact they have not responded to this day. I should not have to chase up a complaint. Very poor service

Great service from these guys! The booking process was really easy, very helpful as I needed some guidance on what I needed! The skip arrive on the agreed day and time, the driver had no problems putting it exactly where we wanted it. Very friendly too! It was picked up on time, as well. Will definitely be using again!

Excellent service. Skip arrived on the agreed day and I received a phone call 20 minutes before it arrived. The driver placed it exactly where I wanted on the road. I got a road permit because it was on a public street and they placed cones on the road and lights on the skip. They also came and collected it on the agreed day. Can't fault them.

Used L&C skips after being recommended by a friend when doing some house renovations. Great service and fantastic to deal with!
