I ordered a taxi , they said 20 mins , after 40min I called back they told me that the taxi went to other customer and said to wait another 20-25 mins .

Booked a taxi to take me to work 10/02/2020 4:30 no show. Phoned them he is 3 mins away phoned ten mins after that he will be 15 mins ... don't use them bad service .

Threatening behaviour to my partner, tried ripping her off and made her feel so uncomftable its unreal the taxi number is 855 do avoid this one but just avoid this company. Btw if if see 855 taxi i will be coming just u wait scumbag.

Because of a lack of taxis in the area, I have been using this unpleasant company for the last few months. I can count the number of times the taxi has arrived promptly on one finger. I have been forced multiple times to sit through telephone conversations. The drivers have, more regularly than not, been appalling, making me feel exceedingly travelsick with aggressive and unnecessary braking and acceleration. Once the driver claimed not to have change for a fare which was not a round figure in what I can only perceive to be a ploy to extort money.Today I asked the driver to wait and he instead left, causing me to miss my train. Appalling.

My girlfriend has a broken leg, she has a cast and is on crutches, she ordered a taxing and agreed a price it would cost over the phone, but because your driver decided he wasn't happy with that and got morngy like a 10 year old child, he drove my girlfriend home at stupid speed, dropped her off and didn't even wait for her to get out and sort her self out without driving off at speed and making her fall on to the leg that is badly broken.

Once got a taxi home and left my wallet in the taxi with £50 in, I run after the taxi banging on the side for him to ignore me and drive away fast, I immediately rung the rank and told them the cab number only for them to say your too late he's picked someone else up when it was literally 30 seconds after. He then told me to come down to the rank which I did only for him to tell me that they didn't have my wallet, useless taxi company would not use again or recommend to anyone, would rather walk.

Absolutly apawling, taxi stank of smoke even though it has a saying saying no smoking in the car, I was just finishing putting my baby to sleep when he arrived for my wife to have a relaxing afternoon, and he let out a ghastly honking noise from his car waking my baby up and then he saw me coming out of my door and was ringing me. I cannot give you the number badge as it's not on display (which it should be at all time) and also rude as anything I got into the car and just huffed didn't even ask where I was going or anything. Used to love this company never had any complaints until now and to be honest never going to use these again.

Leaved an order in the office, driver was supposed to be in 10 minutes, but no one came after an hour. Would never recommend to anyone.
