This place could have been easily a 4 star review however some issues didn't go unnoticed. First the positives, the location is just awesome and so was the service and overall quality of the apartment, the thing I didn't like was that we were unable to open the windowa due to city restrictions, the blocked bathroom taps and blocked toilet! They should review those issues and fix them!

Convenient location, but the room did not feel clean, and there were mosquitos in the room which bit me a lot at night, making me itchy for most of my weeklong stay and buzzing in my ears. There were streaks on the ceiling probably from previous guests killing the mosquitos. There were a few milk packets left over from previous guests in the fridge when we checked in. The first day there was garbage in the hall which was not picked up by nighttime and making the hall smell bad. The kitchen was well stocked though.

Great stay since you’re close to everything in London! The train stations are nearby and there are a lot of food places and pubs too. It’s a quiet place and very spacious! We were a group of 4 and we were very comfortable here :-) customer service was fantastic too— very friendly and helpful staff! I recommend this place and will book here again for my next London trip :-)

The only good thing about this apartment is location, it is in the Central London. About the room and service, its my 8th week here and the house keeping is getting worst, they do not clean properly, most of the times main lift does not work. Maybe good for one or 2 days stay.

Beautiful, fantastically equipped and spacious apartment in an incredible location. The place was extremely clean, with very high quality towels, bedding and L’Occitane toiletries. Really friendly and helpful staff, I wouldn’t think twice about booking Marlin again.

Great location. No air conditioning. The apartment is spacious but a little dated. It is nice to have a separate living room & the bathroom has a tub. The staff is nice and helpful. My stay was May & the room was very warm in the afternoon and evening.

This apartment is spacious, great located and ok to be occupied by 4 adults according Booking. That’s why we chose this one for a 2 days london trip with 3 friends. Unfortunatly, the matress of the sofa bed is too thin and soft to be enough confortable for an adult even for a child! (you feel springs ). The only solution proposed by the house keeper is to move to another apartment with 2 bedrooms with an extra of 400 £!We refused and have had to sleep on the ground as you can see on the picture. We do not recommand.

The only pros of this apartment is its location, and that the rooms are generously sized.ConsSecurity and service:The receptionist was disinterested at best and security exceedingly poor, with the front door propped open at all times and the receptionist often away from the desk. We were allowed to store our luggage and were warned that it’s unsecured, but the back door to the storage room was literally propped open and anyone could walk off with the luggage.Quality and experience of rooms:To the credit of housekeeping the rooms were fairly clean but the furniture and appliances were in horrible condition. They advertise in-room washer/dryers but the door was broken on mine and it needed to be pushed closed, and would often end the cycle early. Basic items like tissue paper or hand soap were absent from the room. The room was also exceedingly warm, and the provided fan was defective and circulated barely any air. I stayed for two nights and encountered 4 mosquitoes and 2 spiders. I paid £250 a night and can’t believe they have the audacity to advertise themselves as a luxury accommodation.
