Really polite and helpful salespeople. In particular Nina was very kind and checked for many things in the storeroom. Great shoes for all sizes and widths. Definitely recommend

Lovely shoes, I went there yesterday and the brunette lady was lovely and very helpful. I can't say the same for the blonde lady who was very rude and unhelpful.

I'm disgusted with the store and the attitude of the staff and their policy on returns I paid cash for some boots as a Xmas present and mislaid the recept they still had the price tag on and a label on the sole, and in the bag, The zip was damaged and not fit for purpose I wanted to change them but was told they would not give me a new undamaged pair as no reciept, even though they sold me them damaged ,, think twice before using the pavers shop ever""

August: great sale!!! Racks and racks of sale shoes & sandals, the usual very good quality and so comfortable. At last we females can buy attractive shoes that we can walk in! Many summer sandals on sale at less than half price: I purchased low heeled blue leather sandals - to go with my jeans - reduced from £45 to £20. Great shopping experience, young assistant terribly helpful and I saved money! What more could I want .
