Dreadful experience with this service..Left my son's school blazer in for a dry clean and it came back to me untouched...Called back to speak to the staff but unfortunately I found them far from helpful.The lady told me that it had been cleaned and that dry cleaning wouldn't remove the marks on the blazer ..I've been told by others that apparently they send blazer off to another company for cleaning so I can only assume mine wasn't sent...

Left trousers in to be cleaned, showed staff a dirty mark on leg. Picked trousers up and dirty mark still on trousers, staff explained stain couldn't be removed, yet its all come out using a damp cloth at home. Don't go near them at Soapy bubbles Newtownards .

Very nice and clean. Turnaround time was about an hour and a half. I believe it was 8 pounds for a bag of clothes.
