I rushed in here the other morning having completely failed to pick up the correct cat litter (only available online) for my new kitten. The team quickly noticed I was looking slightly lost and helped me choose the closest litter to the one I needed. I was really impressed by their knowledge and the recommendation was perfect - kitten accepted the litter and litter tray and disaster was averted! Thank you :)

Loads of choice for your pets. This store doesn't sell pets but is a very good rival toPets at Home and worth a visit. Helpful staff are on hand to assist.Plenty of free parking.

After having a not so great experience in pets at home and needing reptile supplies asap with only just moving to the area I ended up here. Plenty of parking outside which is situated on a retail park. Once inside I was approached by a member of staff asking if I needed help who directed me to the right section and again helped when I needed snake food (it's kept out the back). Staff members at the till were also extremely friendly and had a lovely conversation with. Service from start to finish was excellent and I will 100% only be using this place for my pet needs.

Staff couldn't find my account and spending record for Oct.I use Jollyes every month, so disappointing that I cant make use of any further discounts now till Dec .Staff was very dismissive of my claim of spending.Not a good experience today, customers waiting behind to get served

Just visited Jollys in Chippenham. We were served by Lewis, who was so knowledgeable about each of the products and couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and enthusiastic and guided us to buying the most suitable food for our dogs. What a star ⭐
