I valued some recycled thermocouples which i thought might be an issue as I. knew they contained Platinum but know not purity or grade. I did carefully weigh what i had and declared that on the easy to fill out form from the website. Following easy instruction I posted off my parcel, which arrives as expected and an email confirmed. shortly after again on email and notified by text message I recieved a valuation which I agreed as instructed and the money was in my account the same day. Clear, precise, accurate and delightfully simple. brilliant efficient service. Life as it should be. top marks from me.

About 3 years ago I mailed some gold jewellery. I was given price, which was better than other place. This year I have sold gold jewelleries and Silver ware. Price given and quality of my gold and silver given, I agreed and sold. Price was much better than if I have sold to known jeweller. Also Whenever I posted before 12am, one get payment with in 36 hours. I sincerely recommend any one who want to sell their precious metal, this company is most trust worthy. I have sold items not once or twice, mailed more than 10 times. Only reason, I mailed separate parcels was I was taking insurance and Value wise I cannot take more that £2500.00. Even I posted few parcels valued more than £3500. When I posted some silver items, which I thought were 800 silver. It happens those item were silver coated and they sent me back.
