Mike from Primary Image is great! He takes a good care of his clients. I reached out to him years ago because I wanted to update my website layout to improve it's structure and look. Mike firstly wanted to understand what I want to achieve, showed me several options and together we found the best option for my website and my budget. He was very patient to answer my questions or concerns. If there are any small adjustments I need on my website, he is always happy to help! Always very responsive and fast to react. I am very pleased with the website and would recommend Mike and Primary Image to any business or freelancers to remove headache from website management, so you can free up your time to focus on those things that you do best.

Really impressed with Primary Image. Their customer service is amazing: Mike (who I worked with) was so helpful with providing me instructions to go forward with my website and completed all the things I wanted done on the site. Really quick service- especially as it was late on evening. I wasn't happy with the quality of the changes to the print I sent through though- a poor copy initially that was made worse.

Fast, helpful, detailed work -- highly recommended! I had corrections/changes needed on our Wordpress website, and Primary Image helpfully outlined what needed to be done and their estimate of the time it would take them; the work was done well, and they followed up with detailed notes of what they had done.
