Donated a dining table and chairs the 2 blokes who came to get it were rude and uncooperative upset my elderly father in law who did his best to help if I had been there I would have told em to f.o and we would have donated it to some else BHF these blokes are your front of house public face so you need to choose them a bit more carefully.Clive Talbot

Me and my partner have both tried on separate occasions to enquire about buying coins, as I am a keen coin collector. We were both informed by the same woman both times that there is a regular who has been coming to the shop for years who buys the coins. She would not let us look at or buy any coins. She was incredibly rude both times the latest being the 21st of August.Instead of saying that they would not let us look at or buy any coins because our money isn’t as good as the next persons, we would have preferred to have been told they didn’t currently have any. It’s not just what she said it was also the way she said it. Really rude, however I have never had problems with any other staff members.
