Thought we would try this takeaway again after a couple of poor previous visits.Ordered food was told 45 mins to an hour for delivery,, 1 hour 30 mins later no show, so phoned and was told its on its way, 2 hours after ordering it turns up but cold, onion bhajees were positively jurassic and rubbery.Phoned and told them to be told I will phone you back in 10 minutes,,, 25 minutes later I phoned back and was told boss is not here, so all packed back in bag and will be delivered back to them.If you like cold food and laxadasicle service by all means use this Indian, if not stay away, EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND FOOD

We have had 5 meals now. 4 deliveries 1 collection. Food ok. But nothing special. But beware the bill. Overcharged EVERY time. Not by a pound or 2 but £5 or more. Current menu aswell. Always refused to pay more, manager apologised but still kept happening. Will not be returning again.

Shocking, complete liar's! Food nearly 1 hour late when pre-order. Given 2 hour to prep and deliver, then told food minutes away only to then receive another call to ask to collect. Wouldn't touch again with a barge pole.Thank you for a spectacular experience!

It is a fair while since we ordered from Maya. We phoned at 7.30pm tonight and after 8 mins ordering the meal and being told it would take an hour for delivery we did not get our meal delivered until 9.30pm which is over 2 hours. If you want to order from them it's up to you!

This used to be our takeaway of choice. Stopped using after undercooked chicken that was swimming in grease. Had to go back as part of meal missing on collection. Quality has gone downhill and price uphill. We will not be back in hurry. We went to Gurkha 19 in sleaford tonight and so much better. No grease. Properly cooked and no illness tomorrow from sudstandard food. Need to do better Maya. Just awful...

When I ordered my food it says Sleaford, however this business is based in heckington! Starters were stone cold. We also had some chicken dishes and some of the chicken was under cooked. So that's £30+ in the dust bin. I can see why you reviews are not the best l. At least robin hood had a bow and arrow

Food was nice but it arrived 45 mins late and when I inquired about it when it was 10 mins late I was told they were still cooking it and I had to wait.

Food not good at all. It is not fresh. Even mushroom bhaji tasted like rubber and no mushroom taste. Other food too much salt not much flavour. Chicken tasted old. Will not be having food from there again. Overpriced considering nothing is fresh but maybe the rice. Food came in around 20 mins. That should have given it away! I cook dishes better at home. That will be the option if I fancy Indian again.

Absolutely lovely meal hot and great delivery was told 50mins and it was on the dot I have not used for about 3 years but will certainly be back soon thankyou so much.
