Staff always polite and helpful. In normal non covid times then this place is a nice place to visit, clean toilets etc. Good layout.No complaint from me.

Great shop. My favourite in Plymouth. Friendly staff who are talkative and help you if you don't understand something. They are loyal to there regular customers. The only downside is it's online platform, it's cash out platform on its betting Terminals and the fact it don't have BT Sport. Other than that and all round friendly and nice place to go.
