Very unprofessional service. Bought 9 windows, a back door and also a front door with two panels. Spent a reasonable amount of money and had nothing but problems and bad customer service. Paid the company out right after fitting, going on from that I noticed the back door wouldnt lock, one window wouldnt close shut and one of the windows fitted actually still had plastic weld on one of the joins. The manager himself explained it should have never left the factory!!! After my horrendous wait for the botch up" removal of the weld I come home to find a hole through my wall beside the window and weld still visible.I contacted the company and they came back with another date for repair of my plasterboard and a clean up of the window. The night before they're due they contact me to let me know at very short notice they wont be making it the following day and attempt in setting another date 6 days further back.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!"

Very professional both in sales and service. Had a back door fitted and a few months later had a small problem. They came back within three days to remedy. Also replaced hinges free of charge for a door not supplied or fitted by themselves. Now that is exceptional customer service! Wish that I had used them to fit all my doors and windows, not just one. My local company had failed to answer all requests over twelve months to rectify faults caused by their own ineptitude.Well done Carlisle Window Systems. Thank you.

Carlisle Window Systems Ltd fitted a large window to my elderly mother’s bungalow. Despite a few problems with the finish of the window itself which Carlisle Window Systems Ltd sorted with a replacement window, my mother was very pleased with the outcome. Throughout the whole process Carlisle Window Systems Ltd were fantastic and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this firm.

If you're looking for a great product and an exceptional standard of fitting, look no further. Two lads arrived 0820 and had the six windows fitted by 1530. Nothing was a problem to them and I can't praise them enough. Well done Michol and Artur.

What can I say!... Fantastic, quick efficient professional service. Nothing was to much trouble from the moment I walked into the showroom, the staff at reception, gentleman that measured to the guys who fitted, ultimate professionals and a great price. Everything was left clean and tidy (hoovered up!) and a follow up call to ensure I was satisfied..... Don't have these windows/doors fitted, unless fitted by them directly. Otherwise they will take no responsibility when the mechanisms break (which the do - FIRST was within a year of installation).If using your own builder/joiner make sure they don't install Carlisle Window Systems windows or doors.Telephone/receptionist is an awful representative of the company and leaves you feeling that you are at fault and not their windows and doors.Wish our builder had given us the option to shop around, as there are many other companies who no doubt give better after sales service.Mike Gillies the 'installation manager' also has no interest if you experience problems.

Delighted with my new door.The online design feature enabled me to choose exactly what I wanted.The salesman answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the showroom, so I could see the quality for myself.The fitting was quick, clean and efficient.They accidenally damaged a bit of rendering whilst removing the old door, but fixed it beautifully within a few days with a bit of trim which makes it look better than before.Can't recommend them highly enough.

Had them fit new windows and doors, top job would recommend.
