Langley Corner Surgery

I changed over from my previous doctor of over 50 years, only because I moved to Ifield. I felt rather apprehensive. How wrong was I. The level of care and compassion has been amazing, so to all the doctors and staff, thank you so much.

Receptionists are outstanding despite the pressure ongoing from issues within the NHS. Since being forced to have the covid jab or to lose their jobs especially doctors and nurses when they've trained and worked so hard to give the public incredible amount of years of service they lost their jobs due to stupid government rules. Just because they didn't want to take vaccine. No one should be forced to do anything! A big shout out to Jackie the receptionist, the lovely healthcare assistant I saw the other day and the senior nurse who have all gone beyond limits to help! Thank you

In the years I have been registered here I've been unable to get appointments or treatment and have had to resort to private healthcare.

Impossible to speak to anyone see anyone or even just to have your phone calls answeredI'm at the point that if I am ever ill I only call 111 as they at least answer my phone callsHow dare a doctors surgery be so terribleIt is actually scary what kinds of things this surgery is getting away with and I will be going to my local m.p. about this

Receptionist are rude, Booking an appointment via phone in is very difficult, they will direct you to do it online and even if you do they won't respond to you. They don't care about their clients, I'm switching to a different GP, if you're reading this i suggest you do too. thanks

Worst service of any doctors surgery I have ever encountered. 3 days in a row, despite being in the first 10 to call for an appointment being told no appointment for the day and to call 111. In fact in 3 years I have never been able to get an appointment with a doctor. Not once getting past the stone cold reception. I honestly question if a doctor even works at this surgery. No wonder the hospitals are stretched to capacity when surgery's have no intrest in helping people

I cant remember last time I managed to get an appointment. Not even online.

I call for my prescription to get some help. Of course I couldn't speak with any doctor and was expecting from receptionist to help me but was very rude and hang the phone. I will switch my Gp soon as possible, I have medical condition and GP it is essential for me.
