I had the misfortune of breaking down and the AA sent these cowboys out. DO NOT USE. Ozzy turned up didn’t tell us what was happening but wanted to give us a tow. He was with us for 2 minutes, gave us a flat tyre and drove off.AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Big thanks to Ozzy & Faz for saving me from being stuck on a driveway! Turned up and got me back on the road before they were due to arrive.Lowered cars can look cool until you're stuck lol.

Had Ross recover me and my vehicle after 15 yes 15 hours of the RAC piss-balling about Ross was very professional and I've never been in a cleaner vehicle in my life topman and a top company thank you so much a knight in a shining Iveco five stars

I'm not actually covered by this company but was at the roadside with a flat tyre 2 weeks ago. Hakan was on his way to work and was kind enough to stop and help us out. Had us back on the road in 5 mins and all with a smile on his face. He is an absolute star and a credit to your company!

My experience with V&H recovery is the worst ever, their customer service personnel was very rude, not considerate, my AA recovery contracted my recovery to them and they accepted to do the job, they kept me in the rain at the middle of a major busy road for 4 hours and when I contacted V&H recovery to know when they are coming the man keep telling me 45 more minutes after 45mins I contacted the person again he was very rude and when I ask questions he was talking over me, please every one avoid these recovery company, believe me please, because they never came to recovery me, later I contacted my AA recovery and they apologise to me promise to send me recovery front another company, but still I have to wait another 2 hours. Please AVOID V&H RECOVERY

Unfortunately we broke down on the A406. I phoned my regular brake down company that couldn’t recover the car as the vehicle was showing no tax due to just being purchased.My own brake down company, organised the 3rd party at my expense.When V&H came out to us “Tom the recover driver “ was excellent very professional and a welcomed site. Myself and my friend lad (4yrs). Were standing since 19:38 - 00:20 waiting but to went over and above board to communicate with my friends lad and let him know what was going on and made him feel comfortable and content). Well done Tom great services

I had a horrible experience with this company. I had to wait more than 2 hrs for the recovery truck to arrive and when the driver arrived, he was asked by someone over the phone to not collect me and collect the next customer instead. When I insisted to be collected , he said he will report me to the police for holding his driver as hostage. His driver Pablo, told him off that he shouldn’t speak like that and he should treat everyone as humans but that just riled him so start threatening him about his job. I talk to the police about it and apparently it is not enough to create a report about But I thought it is appalling to treat your customers that were already in distress like that and to think that I waited more than 2 hrs for it . His driver was ever so apologetic and ashamed of the situation and can only advise to call back AA for a replacement.
